Step 1: Click on Company Setting in the left navigation panel

  • Click on Security

Step 2: Password Complexity

  • You are able to choose the different combinations of the password that you wish to set for security.

Step 3: User Lock Out

  • Click "Enable user account locking on failed login attempts"

  • You are able to configure the number of times, one is allowed to type in the wrong password before he/she is being prevented from logging in.

  • You are also able to determine how long the duration of the Lock Out should last.
